Any way to translate a Japanese page?

I know Altavista's Translator can convert English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, and so on, but I wanted to read a page that's in Japanese. I don't want to see the Japanese characters (like NJstar, etc.), I want to be able to see them translated to English.

Just in case you're wondering, I got a half-life mod that is DOPE, and the author is Japanese. If you're into half-life a lot too, I suggest you check it out.

Universal Translator - but it can be very inaccurate at times - never tried it on the Japanese pages, but it might be worth a look..
