Water,Water Everywhere....

Listen to this, every time I have to go through water in a game, whether it be Tomb Raider,Half Life or any other first person game, my system locks up!
I've tried all the drivers,patches etc,but cannot get around it.
I've tried swapping my Savage4 card with a friends identical card but it still does it!
HELP ME PLEASE

Try turning your settings down or disableing them in display settings.(ie: triple buffering and texture memory limits.)
