Both sequels are well worth your hard earned - believe me.
I just went down to the mall and snagged a copy of each. I bought both the original MDK and Motocross Madness when they came out and was pleased with both.
But now, WOW! Motocross' maps/modes/bikes etc. are 3 times better than the original. The graphics are way nice and the maps are set in real locations with real interactive object (trees, cars, buildings, and so much more) Single player mode (baja, stunts, exhibition, etc) will keep you busy for a long time, but if that wasn't enough, it's got a great multiplayer mode. You can play Internet/LAN. It's a blast
MDK2's graphics are (dare I say) better than Quake 3 *gasp* This is the opinion of someone who is a Quake fanboy. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif The enviorments are VERY immersive along with the 3D and EAX sound support. The cutscenes are rendered in realtime. You get to play as 3 different characters, all who behave differently.
Trust me. Go out and get these games. You will not be disappointed.
