NHL 2000 problems

Hi all. I've been getting intermittent problems with NHL 2k. It will throw me out sometimes with the error "Stream: invalid chunk (mem address I don't know the numbers)". Has anybody had or heard of this problem? I welcome any help. Thanks.

"Chunk?" Pretty technical terms those programmers were using! hahahaha

When playing it for a long period of time, I have had it just crash and die, but no error was returned. I don't have a top of the line system, but I think it just ran out of resources.

I find turning everything else in the background off (if possible)helps some.

Good luck! Cool game, too! I love creating my own players, but I have yet to import a picture to make their face. I really want to try one using my dog's face! hahahahaa
