What games are known to be unable to run under Win2K?

Games I have tried:

Everquest
Links2000
-I will load need for speed and see how it does.

Win2k (to my knowledge) has direct x 7 built in to it so most new games should be fine...but I am guessing older ones might balk at win2k. Wish I had more games for ya.

System Shock 2 (states That NT 4.0 is installed and that it has no DirectX capability...its taking an assumption that all NT's have no DirectX, and therefore wont let you install or run, even tho it is basically compatable, it just doesnt think so)

I bet if there were installed under win98 and then run under win2000 they would work....hmmm gives me an idea......

You gotta be kidding me... NO HALF-LIFE? AND NO STARCRAFT? How am I supposed to live without them?

Auraedge: A friend of mine is running UT with out any prob. I also tested FF8 and it works flawlessly.

I'll install Q3A right now just to do a little testing...

Half Life runs. Read his post again "PASS-".

SOme games that do not install under 2000 will run if installed under 98, you may have to copy the reg keys for the games and import them into 2000. I did this with a game but can't remember which one it was.

Ok, I installed Quake III Arena and it worked. I also installed Unreal Tournament and it worked too.

I'll try with Starcraft later this day. I'll let you know guys.

FIFA 2000 doesn't work AFAIK, but I run The Sims and MS Golf 99 without problems...
