It really doesn't do much more than the read-out you get clicking on your little blinking online monitors in your tray. If you have a slow connection (like me) it's best just to download one thing at a time. Bruno alondra 05-26-2000, 02:27 PM Thanks bruno, I think will just delete the thing. socalgal 05-26-2000, 03:56 PM I had this program and it was ok. I used it to monitor if there was any outgoing activity when there *shouldn't* have been. Since I have a permanent connection (DSL) I wanted to make sure nothing was being sent out (spyware). BlackIce Defender takes care of the incoming. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif A good proggie, but wasn't detailed enough for me. I use ComSpy98 (http://www.hallogram.com/cspy/) now. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif alondra 05-26-2000, 11:40 PM that is why I installed it but I don't think I could tell what is ligitamate upload and not. RobRich 05-26-2000, 11:48 PM For inbound and outbound monitoring of suspect traffic, I use Conseal PC Firewall (http://www.consealfirewall.com/scripts/cfdownload.cfm). Using a custom ruleset, I can block and monitor all ports for unwanted data transfers. In conjuntion with ZoneAlarm's (http://www.zonelabs.com) application monitoring, I can effectively isolate any troublesome apps. Robert Richmond SysOpt.com
