runs Unreal Tournament and other 3d games as slow as a SLUG!! I get about 19 FPS with timedemo 1
I have tried adding another 64mb of ram from my other comp totaling to 128 and it only improved by 5 frames!

Resolution?
if it was 1024x768, that would be about right, since the K6-2 isnt the best gaming CPU, and 64mb isnt enough RAM to support most 3d Games.
Unreal Tournet has very low top FPS compared to other First person shooters
It looks spectacular with a Voodoo3 though, try changing your resolution to 16-bit.

Do they have 3dnow drivers for the AMD for that game??? If they do, I'm sure that would help.
I have the same computer basically, but I have the overclocked to 550 celeron and it is fast.
Hmm...wish I had a magical answer.
Were you using direct3d, opengl, or directx?
There are a lot of new drivers for the tnt2. try nvidia's drivers.

I doubt that is't a driver related problem. I get better results with my ol' Voodoo2. 35-45 average. (Didn't figure out how to run a timedemo like Q2/3.)
I believe that you are having problems with your motherboard/chipset. I've seen a few machines with SS7 m/b:s and they all behave the same. REALLY low fps in most 3D-shooter games, all of them with AGP.
As I asked in »your other post« (http://www.sysopt.com/forum/Forum8/HTML/000515.html) (Please do not do that. It can be really confusing, both for you and us.) "What motherboard do you have"?

Mkae sure you're using the direct3d renderer, not the software. It sounds all right though. At 32bit colour, 1024x768, my k62-450 at 550mhz gets a rock steady 36fps.

Make sure that you have DirectX 7 installed. That will make a huge difference in UT.
