Well, this is Memorial Day Weekend. I want to say "Thank You" to all of the brave men and women who risked their lives, sacraficed their friends, and lost thier lives fighting for freedom for us. I take what you have done in times of war very personally, and I can not thank you enough. I will never truly understand your suffering. I will never truly understand your bravery. THANK YOU I owe my freedom to you.

Ted,
I agree whole heartedly! I came to this country when I was five(I'm now 36, soon to be 37) and I can't say enough thank yous'.

To all of it's citizens that gave my family an opportunity to prosper I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For everyone who complains and complains and complains(get the hint) you have no idea how good you have it.
Thank you America & Sysopt

No offence intended, but this seems a little over the top.

On a similar topic - I came to Canada from England 2 years ago, and here I live among an incredibly diverse, yet friendly population, where I am safe to walk the streets at night without fear for my life. Besides, the founding Canadians deserve a thank-you and well done for surviving the wonderful winters we get here! http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Thanks for the kind words about Canada.
And what part may you be from?

If you want to feel what winter is really like, come west to Saskatchewan. If you can survive winter here, you can survive anything

Happy holday to all the US'ens. Hope you all reflect on the reason for the holiday.
