In a straight nutshell, no-nonsense question, is Win2k a worthy replacement for Win98 as a gaming system on the following machine?
Celeron 400
128Mb
BH6
SB Live
ATI Fury Pro
17" Mitsubishi
Voodoo 2
8.4Gb + 3.2Gb Quantum
40x Pioneer CDRom
And does Win2k work well with DirectX 7, and if so what percentage of your games that ran on Win98, still run on Win2k?
Thanks
