The guy my mother-in-law works for has decided to put his company's website on a dedicated computer connected to DSL. How would you spec out the computer to do this? Any particular considerations?

Any particular considerations? Red Rage 05-26-2000, 04:56 PM I used Linux Red Hat 6.1 on one of my machines. Apache and perl was installed durring the Red Hat install so it saved some time there, you can put your own stuff like PHP MySQL on too with a bit of work. You will want to make sure you look up stuff on making the box more secure though.. Joe SysOpt.com
