I took the Novell Service and Support test again this morning and PASSED! Now I can enjoy the weekend.

That test was a killer, it covered all of this stuff:

Solve real-world problems through a systematic troubleshooting process

Use electronic research tools to gather information used to troubleshoot

Install & troubleshoot network boards & cables for Ethernet & token ring ntwks

Install and troubleshoot network storage drives

Prevent, diagnose and resolve problems with Windows workstations

Diagnose and resolve network printing problems

Diagnose and resolve problems with the server and network

3 down and 3 to go for my CNE, then maybe someone will hire me. lol
