I work at a realestate office and recently have been updating the website. I would like to place a video of each home on our website. I looked into IPIX, they combine two pictures (each taken with a 180 deg. fisheye lens) and then the viewer can rotate around a room at will. This seems a more effective way to show the inside of homes than regular video due to lack of needing a plugin for browser. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how todo this or what maybe my best bet to post a tour of a home on our website.

Hmm....

I'd use Ulead cool 360....it can create quicktime 360 enviroments. Quicktime is a pretty common plugin. The program is extremely easy to use, and produces surpriseing results.

I'd use that in conjuction with jpg's of the rooms and image map links around door ways. That way the visitor could click on a door way and it would bring them to the next room. Then maybe they could have the option of seeing the room in 360.

I'm just babbleing. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
