dreamcast Games for Comp?

Well ive heard a rumer that dreamcast games will work with your comp. It doest seem possible but stranger things have happend.
IS IT TRUE.

I would really doubt they would be directly compatible, but I would be willing to bet in the vastness of the internet there is someone making an emulator for it.
