sisoft sandra memory optimization

I have 128 MB PC 100 CAS 2 Corsair module and
my memory rates too poorly on sisoft sandra. Something is wrong here. What bios setting do i need besides setting to CAS2 and what windows tweaking do I need to do besides setting max and min virtual memory at 2.5x the physical size of the memory.

Well... I dunno if this is the case.... but are you running a VIA chipset, or a BX????

VIA have cr@p memory throughput compared to BX. You're talking ~150MB/s vs 350-400MB/s (that sort of order). There is little to be done about this, but if you fancy some hard-core tweaking, read here:
