Quake 3 Players Got a Question For you!

How do you use the personal transporter in the game. I pressed all the buttons I know how to and I can get it to work. And has anyone figured out how to get their fps up with voodoo 3. I am getting 28fps in the timdemo for the 1.09 version.

K6-2 500 o\c to 550
160mb of RAM
Voodoo 3 2000 o\c 170
Latest drivers and directx 7

as far as the transporter there is a set up opiton in the game you need to asign a key to it
as for fps turn off all the extras like high quality sky ejecting brass etc etc you wont even notice the diff while playing who looks at the sky anyway /forum/smile.gif with all that turned off and the display set to 800 X 600 I;m getting high 50's
