I'm really looking for a flight sim that has an attractive weather generator. The thunderstorms look just like thunderheads. Real looking lightning, rain drops, turbulence, etc.

Sims that put a great deal of emphasis on the weather environment.

What about Flight Unlimited III? It looks good on the box...better than FS98 or FS2K.

FS2000 is pretty good, but uses the MS Combat Flight Simulator scenery engine, so no real improvements other than locations and aircraft. Fly!, like you have, is pretty good, but the frame rate sucks if you want it to look good.Flight Unlimited III is "supposed" to have the most realistic environment while flying around the Bay Area, but havent played it yet.(Hey, where's the demo?) Sierra has Pro Pilot 2000 coming out but don't know much about it.) I suggest reading reviews at flightsim.com, gamespot, etc. Or better yet, toss in 30 bucks with the game money, and take a real lesson! /forum/smile.gif
