quake 1 demo's

I remeber years ago when quake 1 came out, there were the demo files my friends and i found of guys beating the game in nightmare mode in 17 minutes (or less, i can't remeber) and some other demo file for some guy who beat quake 1 with all kills and all secrets in nightmare mode in under an hours?? does anyone have any real specs? or better yet a website? or even better, quake 2 demo file????
