I was ready to go out and buy it, but if the general graphics are the same as 98 i'll pass. I want realistic more than anything, and really enjoyed flight unlimited for it's beauty. I understand there are new cities in FS2000, but it's the generic boundries to the cities that bored me in FS98.

Thanks for any info,

Steve

For a peek at FS2000 landscapes, look at MS Combat Flight Sim. I believe they share the same engine.
Certainly in hilly, wooded areas it (CFS) looks great, though I can't say anything about cityscapes as I'm too busy killing Nazis.

Does it use generic scenery for everything but the "detailed cities"? The FS98 generic stuff is baaad, but still, even pretty generic is baad in my book.
