I doubt it. There's website for resume's in general, but I've never seen any specifically for Oracle.
Why not just create a resume using a template you like and simply list your core Oracle competencies, categorized by modules from most experienced to least as well as where and when you've used them.
I would stress the individual modules that you have the most skills in (like GL, AP, AR, etc.) rather than just a blanket background like Oracle Financials. Also (very important), list the types of projects you've been involved in. Especially platform conversions, installation/implementation, and development.
