I bought a used Ultima Online, I cant play!! on line!
Please help anyone.

You need to create an account to play. But since you bought a used copy there is probably an account already created with that CD-Key. You need to get the account from the guy you got the CD from, or buy a new CD and make a new account.

Don't buy used copies of UO.....
