I installed the new client over the top of the old and the old one starts up at re-boot. How do I get the new statsaholic client to auto-start? Is the startup folder pointing to the wrong .exe file?

The new version has a different filename for the .exe file, so you may have to revise your shortcut in the startup folder as well as in the programs folder.

You may also have a problem with the client not running if you installed the wrong version for the processor you're using (particularly, it seems that old Pentiums don't like the program version that is optimized for PIII's.)

Click on Start/Settings/Taskbar/Start Menu Programs/Remove/Startup and click on the old client click remove close Then click on add goto the eccp directory, double click the new client eccp109ws, click next go to the startup folder and double click and you should be all set!

That doesn't start the client at startup.
How do I get it to load at startup?

Hmmm....a couple questions.

The shortcut is in the startup folder and not simply in the start menu, correct?

Does the client start normally if you launch it in Explorer or from the Run command?

When you add it to the startup folder it with autostart on a reboot, make sure you didn't just add it the start menu. The full directory path is programs/start menu/startup

reddog - On the Statsaholic stats page on the left hand side is a 'Edit Profile' link. Using this link you can change your 'name' that appears on the stats listing.
