Well - it seems like all you have to do is fix some guy's - or gal's in my case 'puter to get them crunching - the latest addition to my herd is a:
P-!!! 650 which does some 1.74 kilokeys.
It's not a 24/7 cow, and it will go offline sometime in august, but until then, i'm all "smiley-face"
The internal modem was defective, so i just plugged an "old-Skool" 33.6 modem in, and it worked - she didn't mind having it crunching, after i explained about the price, eventhough my chances are some 200.00/1. - I made sure that it only connected when she was online, so there probably wont be a steady flow from it, but who cares?
She's on once a day, so a sat the buffer to fetch 256 blocks on connection - i think that ought to do it.
BTW: did anyone notice my dump? it moved me 2 places up, making some distance 'tween me and Guoki-, Waferdawg & RonaldDVD... but not for long...
Happy Crunching to ya all
