Hey guys,

if I would give a cow 2000 blocks on friday, and they would all be cracked on sunday, but I can't get to that cow till monday.

Is it gonna crack those already cracked blocks again???

If so, that could be the reason that I get duplicate blocks.

Any info on this is very welcome.

Thanks

Pim

it starts cracking random blocks whenever it runs out of "grass"

Yeah, I know that, but that is with cows connected to the net.

What if the cow is a stand alone with no access to the net???

It will still crack randoms. Within each "in buffer" there is a random block "prefix" that dnet gives people to work on blocks that have not yet been submitted. You will have just a good a chance to crack "good" blocks as a machine connected to the net if BOTH were cracking randoms.
