Which one of the stats pages (old and new) is the "official"?

The numbers arent the same, neither is the time between updates - which one is the most commonly used?

The new 1 I guess the old one doesnt seem to update as musch since that one saud it hasent seen me fo 8 hours and the other wa 23.1 hours then 1.1 days when the other one still said 8 hours

Both are the official.
http://24.72.9.177 updates every 1hr, with an update around 30mins after each hour.
http://24.72.9.177/newrc5 is the upcoming main stats page which, on personal pages in realtime updates, and on the rest updates every 10mins. It's based on PHP with a SQL database to store previous stats, so the script only has to update 10mins of stats, so that is why its able to update so fast. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
