Actually, it DOES use SysOpt's pproxy, Its just that it uses my personal one also. I set my personal one to flush to Virus's, so everyone is happy.

Notes for those who download this:
This uses Voogru's Email
It DOESN'T use the Sysopt proxy.

Replace the text in the config file with that below:

[parameters]
id=your@email.address

[misc]
project-priority=RC5,DES=0,CSC=0,OGR=0

[rc5]
randomprefix=218
preferred-blocksize=31
fetch-workunit-threshold=250

[networking]
autofindkeyserver=no
keyserver=24.72.9.177:8080
.

Notes: Replace your@email.address with your email address.
If you want to do OGR, change OGR=0 to OGR.
To change buffer options, in your client, right click anywhere, go to Configure, press 2, and choose the options;
Press 14 if you wish for the client to download enough blocks for X number of hours
Press 13 if you wish to manually tell it how many to download

On a dialup link?
Go into configuration, press 2 and then press 6.
Now press 9 for Dialup-link detection.
Here you can set options if on a dialup connection. The setting explainations in that particular menu are self-explaining, and when you set the options, press 0 and the Return key will the config closes.

MTP...YOu had better double check your settings. As the machine I HAD flushing to your proxy never did show up on Virus proxy! If it had I would have moved infront of Joel. As of yesterday I was only 1000 blocks behind and I had dumped 2125 blocks to your proxy. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif Needless to say it is now back to flushing directly to virus'

In the distributed.net folder, open the dnetc.ini or similar file, and replace the:

[networking]
autofindkeyserver=no
keyserver=24.113.124.19:23
dialup-watcher=disabled

with:

[networking]
autofindkeyserver=no
keyserver=24.72.9.177:2064
dialup-watcher=disabled
