I downloaded the program,I have putted in my e-mail adress in and I am running it for about 5 hours and I am 30% now.I don't now exactly what that means, but can someone explain me what I have to do to join SysOpt's team? What SysOpt.com says about it isn't very clear to me.

Gimme a break if i miss anything it seems like ages since i did this and have a very poor memory. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif
First you need to crunch a block or two. If you double click the cow icon in the task bar then look for how many blocks are in buff.out like below
[Sep 25 02:53:39 UTC] 59 RC5 packets (189 work units) are in buff-out.rc5
As long as you have at least 1 you should right click and select fetch and flush.
The wait 24 hours and go to
Join Sysopt (http://stats.distributed.net/pjointeam.php3?team=9742)
Ermm then you'll want to configure your client to use Virus's stats page but lets get this part done first. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

It sounds like you're cracking OGR.
Go into the client options and set OGR=0 and CSC=0 in the buffer stats portion.
That will cause your computer to just crack RC5 (and DES if they ever had another contest, which they probably won't).

I should be in the statistics tomorrow.Have done everything, registering, joining SysOpt's team.I turned off OGR and it works a lot faster now.
Thanks for your help.

I am cracking RC5 for 2 days now.I am already on the 200,732nd place.I went 17,492 places up today.I ve tested 353 blocks and I have a keyrate of 548kkeys/s.
Well you can see that here too: http://stats.distributed.net/rc5-64/psummary.php3?id=317274 .
It's going pretty well I think.I run it for about 10-15 hours a day with a PII-300@540mhz with 64mb memory. While cracking Im surfing the web and downloading games/mp3's.
