Welcome to Sysopt superraton01.
I asked for the same thing when i started out but to be honest it's pretty easy to set up useing this page (http://sysopt.earthweb.com/rc5team.html) and maybe a couple of questions in here.
Although that page is looking in serious need of an update.
Other than that asking a few questions around here helps us get to know you.
