I need a whole bunch of the same stuff so I figured bulk purchasing would be cheap. Anyone know of any sites where I could purchase 5-paks of the following:

Small hard drives
CD-ROM's
Floppy drives
NICs

This isn't a user-to-user request, I'm looking to buy new, from store.

i'd go to a computer show if i were you. Usually dealers give lower prices to those who buy in bulk.

I agre. However quantity of five is not usually considered bulk purchase. If it is it is very little discount.

quite often to get any pricing discount with multiple items you need to either purchase a lot (maybe like 20 at a time?) or have a business tax license.

Try http://www.tigerdirect.com

They often have discount prices when you buy in bulk.

www.reselleroutlet.com (http://www.reselleroutlet.com) and www.neocomputer.com (http://www.neocomputer.com)
i know Neo gives reseller discounts, something like 3% for CC 5% for cash, Reseller Outlet is just real cheap. Computer shows are great...the people there don't want to lug all their stuff back home, and you don't want to pay a whole lot, so it's a win-win situation. Be sure and get a good idea of what a fair price is, and always ask about warranty, returns, and get phone numbers and names.
