no I'm not quitting just thought I'd say bye to ashburn@home.com (sorry that you couldn't run your machines 24/7), and as I always seem to pass 2 people at a time jschwark@uswest.net... oh and I never waved to sdw@sysopt.com... I've been on your tails for a long time now... next target(s) are still 30000 away which I won't catch unless
a) upgrade or
b) recruit more machines

I guess I should do something becuase it won't be too long before brydon catches me...
unfortunatly a video card upgrade should come before a cpu/mobo upgrade as my vid card is ancient now... 2 - 3 years old... I would never keep a cpu that long...

hahahaha I never thought of that... I can see up to 26 (27 is partly cut off)... small fonts 1024x768 (15" monitor)... 1152x864 on a 17 or 19 should allow me to see myself (currently at 31)... that would be a lot better than getting only couple hundred extra mhz by upgrading this summer (i have a celeron @ 600Mhz right now so upgrading soon wouldn't give me a huge boost...) I think that's exactly what I'll do... new monitor this summer(possibly new vid card too), new cpu in a year or 2... brydon you are a genius.

EDIT: I am now running my 15" monitor @ 1152x864 with small fonts... and guess what?? I no longer have to scroll down!!!!! But if I'm going to continue @ this resolution I really should get a new monitor...
