I hearby APOLOGIZE for my "War On Anandtech" post that has offended the Anandtech users. I never intended to cause such an uproar, or for this to become such a bitter rivalry. Your team is doing FANTASTIC, and you should be **** proud of that. We're not too shabby either, and together, we're doing better than the majority of the other 1000's of RC5 teams out there.
So let me propose this: lets drop the hateful and vicious rivalry between our sites. It's ok to have a bit of rivalry of course, but having you guys come over here and post BS messages just to incite us is crazy. I realize I'm partially to blame for that, since I got this off on the wrong foot calling it a "war". It's not a war. If anything, it should be a collaboration. Even if we're not going to merge our teams, we could still support each other's efforts to
promote RC5-64 and distributed.net.
No, I'm not being a sore loser. We haven't lost yet! ;-) Really though, you guys have a great team. Hats off to Anand for a superb site, and a stellar, if albeit a bit VENGEFUL ;/, team. Happy cracking, and PLEASE keep this friendly, and I'll do my best to follow my own advice http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif.
