Transfer of addresses and favorites

I just need to know how to transfer favorites and e mail addresses from one system to another. I'm using win me and would like to transfer from outlook to outlook on the new system. Thanks

"Favorites" is easy... just copy the "Favorites" folder in C:\Windows.

Export for both. You can export folders in outlook or export the entire file. Cant remember the extension for that but just go to the handy help for outlook and look up export. Then import on new machine. Could not be any easier.

Update.
Goto File, Import/Export, choose export to a file, Personal Folder File (.pst), highlight mailbox and check include subfolders, name it and save it where you want, voila. repeat steps to import in reverse.
