Instant messaging over network

Anyone know of a good and inexpensive program to send instant messages over a network. It has to work on NT, 2K, 95, and 98.

Windows comes with built in instant messaging for networks. Go to start, run and type 'winpopup'. Do this on both machines. Pick messages, send, and type in the name of the computer you're sending the message to

winpopup does not work on NT. So that isn't an option. I don't believe it works on 2k either.
