How do i connect to the other pc?

Hi its me(again).lol.I now have my network set up and both pc's can access the internet.But i cannot access the pc (one from the other) i checked the share files box and loaded in the files needed.But no pc shows up in either network neighborhood.What do i need to do? Thanks for all your help id be lost(well more lost) without it!!

Sometimes its just easier to map a drive than the mess with browsing in network neighborhood. Try this, and if this doesnt work, you have a problem: Right click my computer, pick map network drive and in the little box type "\\nameofothercomputer\drive"
