is there any difference between a Category 5e network cable and a Category 5 network cable?

cat 5 cable is rated up to 100mhz and 100mbit I believe. Cat 5e is rated at 155mhz and can transfer data faster. The cat 5e also has better sheidling to protect against attenuation (crosstalk between cables, which degrades the performance). The price difference isn't too great between the two. I use Cat5e myself http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
