I've 2 LAN box's /w Intel Pro100 Nic's, and a Quest 256k ADSL connection. I'm getting transfer rates of 36K......Any ideas guys,,gals?

And you get 36 Kilobits or is it 36 Kilobytes. If you are getting 36 Kilobits then you do have a problem and you should'nt be paying for that connection. If its 36 Kilobytes then you are fine. 8 bits = 1 byte, so 256/8 = 32, pretty close you what you are getting.
