I use ICS through win2000, 2 nics, one for the lan the other for a dsl modem. Connected to a hub with one other computer currently sharing the connection. Their speed is much slower than mine.

Is this just part of ICS or is there a way to adjust this? Thanks!!

more info:

the computer I have a direct dsl connection on is much bigger than the client, a 1.1 gig with 256 megs of ram. and the client a 233 with 32 megs.

I tried switching them around with a demo of a sharing program called AllAboard, with the other computer having the direct connection and I had the same results but switched, and my computer got the slow connection while the direct connection machine had a great connection. thanks again

Problem solved - a bought a router. Linksys, and then hooked it to my hub. Really easy and I should have gotten on long ago.

Glad to hear it! The broadband routers typically work very well!
