Win98 Logon Client appearance

I need to create a personnel logon client or better still change Microsoft' client for microsoft networks for Win98 so that I can use large text and a personnel logo. Client for Microsoft networks or Windows Logon
does not seem to have any flexibility in this area.
Any ideas welcome

Well, an extensive amount of programming experience and an in-depth knowledge of networks will come in handy. It's not quite that easy to just crank out a network client, or to alter a dialog box.
