Network of three WinME computers and one networked printer that is connected to one of the computers. Names are Athlon (also the ICS computer), Laptop, and Boys.

Recently reformatted Athlon. Since then Internet Connection Sharing and printer sharing are okay. Laptop can access Boys but neither of these can see Athlon. Athlon can't see other two. Laptop can ping Athlon with no missing data.

On Athlon error message is: Unable to browse network. Athlon is the Browse Master.

Sometimes Laptop sees Athlon but can't access it.

This config is exactly the same as it was before the reformat of Athlon's drive. Not a clue what to do next.

Everything is back to normal. Unable to tell you what I did as I don't think I did anything logical. My network was set up properly in the first place and I did look at everyone's suggestions to no avail. Finally, I reinstalled WinME and problem is solved.

The Athlon was doing so weird stuff IP-wise.

Thanks for the help! Ron
