How can I back these thing up......
Outlook Express 5 Messages/Emails
Outlook Express 5 Address Book
Dial up Networking Profiles
Outlook Express 5 mail settings
Internet Explorer 5 Password Saves and auto complete entries
ICQ 2000 Messages + contact list
because its getting very annoyning to set up everything after a reinstall of win98 which is about once every 3 weeks.
Thanks.

actually the best way to back up your outlook express mail is to make a copy of your *.dbx files (if it is OE5) into a folder called ... well, mail or whatever you want that way if you ever need to import these messages back you can do so from this backup folder.
steve's recommendation for mail location is pretty close except that it is actually in c:\windows\application data\microsoft\outlook express .... or if you have multiple identities it will be in c:\windows\application data\whatveridentity\microsoft\outlook express

To back up ICQ 2000 just back up the 2000a folder fwhich is in thec:\program files\ICQ foler.
When reinstall is complete, just put the 2000a folder back in after installing ICQ2000.

Make a ghost of your hard drive when you first get everything installed the way you want it, and before it starts to tank.
