What should I cook?

Sweet & sour pork

Egg drop soup

Fried Chicken?

Mongolian Beef?

Wonton Soup?

Im tired of eating campbell soups,
breads, tv dinner, hot dogs and buns
I could only stand 1 day of it.

I could try spagetti and meatball but it alway turn out so fatty and just taste worst
and worst.
What I need is something healthy, some vegetable, fruits, Low FAT, Low Calories,
high protein?
But I don't wanna go out and spend money unneccesarily and it doesn't taste so good
for 5-10 buck fast food.
I think spending so time on the computer
is bad for yourhealth too because you don't do anything but sit around and bum all day long.
Should I try follow along cookbook because I
have no ideas what to cook?
I alway eating the same thing over and over.

Now I am pretty much stuffed up, had a coke to go along with it.
I alway cook my own meal every single day.
I decided to do some stir fry chicken
and snap beans, add some bean sprouts and it was OK.

No frozen food, or can food for me they're not so good all the time.
I didn't buy any today.
They're quite expensive when compared to your own cooked meal.
BTW: I dont like any junk food either, they're not so good either and ruin my appetite.

Bae-choo kimchee...

Jul-la-do kimchee to be exact - not the same thing, not the same taste...!

That'll fix you right up!

My choice if away from home - McDonalds.

If in home my mother decides, and I usually get either steak/potatoe and green beans or bacon/sausage/rice or fish fingers/green beans/rice or potatoe.

All of which I like and aren't half as bad as eating 3 bags of crisps for lunch. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Breakfast is always Weetabix and I usually go crazy, eating up to 8 of them. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/wink.gif But they are heatly high-fibre.

I can gurantee that accurate flight simulation with ruder pedels and yoke, especially forcefeedback gives you plenty of exercise. But then I have to walk 500m from trhe bus stop to school every day. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/frown.gif and mow the lawn every week.

If there's a Vietnamese restaurant near you (assuming you're not IN VietNam where most of the restaurants would, most likely, BE Vietnamese), go for a big bowl of pho'`~? It's healthy and addictively good.

I had boneless skinless chicken dipped in extra crispy "Oven Fry" and cooked in a George Foreman grill, with rice pilaf, mixed vegetables and baking powder bisquits, washed down with a Bud light.

Get yourself a decent wok and get into stir frys - only a tiny amount of fat needed, all the goodness in the veggies stays in the dish, everything's fresh, it's cheap if you bulk it out with rice / noodles, use garlic by the bulb (!), use chillies by the handful http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

BTW: a nice treat, if a little unhealthy, is to do ur stir fry and add a little excess water or stock, then add 5 spice and chilli to taste, work into the stock a couple of tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter (takes a bit of time to mash the peanut butter in), bring the lot to the boil and the peanut butter cooks and thickens like flour. You can then amaze yourself by creating something that tastes rather similar to satay http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

This works really well with or without meat.
