Where can I find the lowest Airfare ( International )?

IMHO, the best way to find the best fares is through a good travel agent. The good ones have the software and resources. I can recommend Uniglobe - I use them and they're great!

I use travel.yahoo.com but usually travel agents can get better deals for international.

I bought three tickets to Dominican Republic,a couple of months ago. The best price that I could get was through Lowestfares.com
