sharing email addresses

My husband has networked our computers, but I am stumped on how to get the email addresses from his computer to mine. I am sure it has something to do with importing and exporting, but what I have done so far is not working. Don't ask me to explain what that is either as I am not sure. Also, he shares my printer, but when I tried to print the address book document list to my printer from his computer, I the list would not print.
We are using MSN Explorer's email.

Honey why didn't you tell me that it's not working ?!? I thought I had fixed it!! I'll work on it in the morning when I get up. Don't worry we'll get it fixed so you can get your email.
