I remember someone posting a link a while back..not sure which forum it was in...but it was a version of the latest disk keeper 5.0 defrag. They made an 'oopsie' on the install and it allowed you to upgrade the defrag in windows 2000 to the fill version. Anyone remember that post? I did asearch and I can't find it.

It said you need the full version of diskeeper installed, which is what comes with Win2k if im not mistaken.

Look in the directory where it extracted the packed files, and try to run some of the files. The one that automatically runs when you extract/install the files will give you that message. However, you can run the files manually and it will work fine. I did this, and once I used the upgrade at that page, I was able to use any of the upgrades from Diskeeper's webpage.
