I need a specific piece of hardware and I haven't had any look finding one.
If anyone knows of one that fits the bill please let me know. Here's the deal:
I need it to support a telephone connection and an ISDN connection i.e. I can
connect to either line at different times, not at the same time.
It needs to be an external serial port modem.
It needs to be from a well know company and the modem needs to be NT certified.
Price is not a problem.
Thanks.

Not sure what you are saying but try here http://www.usr.com/products/business/business-product.asp?sku=000698-13 the Courier™ I-Modem ISDN with V.Everything®. USR has an external(uses com port) version of this ISDN adapter it has POTS(plain old telephone) ports(which you plug in you phone into.) Which means you can be connected to the internet with one channel and be talking on the phone using the other channel. An added plus is this thing can emulate a 56K analong modem. Very nice buy it does have a big price tag... $300. Is that what you are looking for? But if you get an external ISDN adapter its best to get a high speed serial card so you can get full speed from you adapter.

Paddy, I have one of the Courier I-Modems brand new in the box. But..I see you are in Ireland. Might be a pretty penny to ship it to you, but I'm willing to sell it for $150 U.S
I was going to get ISDN at my home, but backed out when I learned it would cost major $$$ to get it installed/configured.
Give me a shout at my Email addy if you are interested. Mp

Paddy, contact Greenhouse Technology Ireland.
Dublin 4592999 / 4592995. Ask for Colm.
greenhousetechnology@eircom.net
Based in Baldonnel. About six mile from myself.
They are about the best I know over here.
I usually get kit from them. ( reasonably priced, and no messing about with service ).
There's another place in Port Loais, but I can't remember their name at the minute.
Hope this helps.
All the best, Justy.
