DVNT1 11-30-2000, 07:59 AM Which protocol(s) are you using? aaronlai 11-30-2000, 06:00 PM TCP/IP DVNT1 11-30-2000, 07:19 PM Can the trouble PCs ping all the other PCs? (Assuming these are Win9X machines...) If yes, ensure File and Print Sharing is enabled on all machines. Then, Enable Browse Master on 2 PCs and Disable it on the others (Properties of File & Print Sharing). Ensure same Workgroup names to keep it simple too (Network neighborhood Properties-Identification Tab). It may take up to 51 minutes for all the computers to be seen. Mntsnow 11-30-2000, 10:45 PM and remember that the workgroup names are CaSe Sensitive. It is a protocol designed to work best in small p2p networks. It will allow easy browsing. I had a similar network that I had to troubleshoot and that was the fix.
