The hard disk failed on a NT 4 Server for a small network. The 6GB HD was replaced with a 13GB HD which was formatted with FAT 16 and loaded with Win 95c. It is intended to have a dual boot system with Win NT4, however the system stops at the blue screen boot message which contains a list of the dll and cab files and is unable to go any further. Any ideas please.

Easy, FST16 does not support large hard drives! Fdisk, choose Yes for large disk support, and reload!

win nt won't support fat 32 so fat 16 is the only way to go to share the drives between the two os's

How is the 13G HD partitioned? Size of C partition? 2G partitions are the largest possible w/FAT16.
