I am looking to buy my first case and start working on building my first computer. I wanted to know what everyone here thought of this case. http://www.casedepot.com/index.cfm?do=DetailView&ProductID=169&cfid=154560&cftoken=83784566
It looks like a fair case to me for the price.

Check out Antec's performance series, the SX models http://www.antec-inc.com/product/cases/perfo.html

Then go to Onvia.com, locate the SX830 using search, find yourself a nice faceless floppy to go in it at Onvia. Then use the 25 off coupon (posted all over the place) and you'll have a VERY nice case w/floppy for about 75. Free shipping as well. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

Real nice case. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/icons/icon14.gif
Shame about the power supply(only 250w). http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/icons/icon13.gif

IMHO - The most important things to consider when choosing a case is:
1 - Does it meet your needs. ie: enough power & room to upgrade.
2 - It must have easy access for all the upgrades and tweaking you'll be doing.
3 - Looks come last. If your case does not meet the 2 points above you will grow to hate your case no matter how good it looks.

I can get a 300w p/s from a friend later on if I need to. I just liked the case and the motherboard tray being able to slide out.
