icq file transfer w/ linksys router

Someone is trying to send a file to me but they get the connection refused... I'm using the Linksys and I have an internal IP. What ICQ setting should be set? It indicates I'm not using firewall as the default... what do I change?

I was told to setup the DMZ host tab (on the router setup) with my machine's IP address. My friend sent a file successfully to me, but I haven't had a chance to send an outgoing one... at least it's a start!
