I have finally set up my Win2k server as a domain controller (with 2 physically hard drive, "C" Drive and "D" Drive respectively)

Since I need to share some folders in "D" Drive, so I set the folder to be "sharable".
I would like to know when I want to add members / names for the Sharing and Security tab, should I add:

(1) Administrators (ABC.com/Builtin)
OR (2) Administrator (ABC.com/Users) for
getting someone to do the Administrative tasks.

Which one should I use, please advise.

You should add the administrators group, then add users that need the adminstrator privliges to the administrator group. Adding permissions on a user by user basis can quickly become an administratove nightmare. If you do it by groups, you can have everything neatly done for you, and you only have to mess with putting people in groups instead of remembering which person has access to which file.

Also you get the added benefit of remotely administrating the server without changing users. (The administrator account on the client machines is not the same account as on the server)So make you a domain user account (One that you will primarily use), add that to the domain administrators group. Now you can administer all the computers in the domain and still rename the administrator account (For greatly increased security)
