Any programs outhere that will bind Ipx over tcp/ip that is not Kali. I know I can do it with an Nt server but me and my friend have Win Me. Thanks

If it's over the net, the VPN adapter that's included in Win 9x (and I assume ME) should allow you to do this...

The adapter that is ont he Win9x machines are only clients. I must log into a Server. For example In my case.
I have an NT server as well. I can setup pptp to add vpns and make them listem on RAS, then a win9x machine can vpn to me. But i cannot make my win9x machine to listen (host)on dial-up. If you know how please let me know!
